{"id":1600,"date":"2019-11-26T14:40:16","date_gmt":"2019-11-26T14:40:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/susunbentangalam.co.id\/?p=1600"},"modified":"2020-11-06T22:33:09","modified_gmt":"2020-11-06T22:33:09","slug":"dampak-solar-b30","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/susunbentangalam.co.id\/blog\/dampak-solar-b30\/","title":{"rendered":"Dampak Solar B30 untuk Kesejahteraan Petani Sawit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Susun Bentang Alam<\/strong> \u2013 Dampak Solar B30 untuk Kesejahteraan Petani &#8211; Solar B30 adalah bahan bakar solar (bahan bakar fosil) yang dicampur dengan <em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fatty_acid_methyl_ester\">Fatty Acid Methyl Ester<\/a><\/em> (FAME) sebanyak 30 persen dari total komposisi Solar B30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pendahuluan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Direktur Jenderal Energi Baru Terbarukan dan\nKonservasi Energi (EBTKE) Kementerian ESDM Rida Mulyana menuturkan upaya ini\ndilakukan untuk mengerek harga minyak sawit (Crude Palm Oil\/CPO) global yang\ntengah merosot (CNN Indonesia, 2018). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harapannya, dengan memaksimalkan konsumsi\ndalam negeri, maka pasokan CPO global berkurang sehingga harga berangsur naik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peningkatan penerapan Solar B30 terus dilakukan melalui beberapa uji coba yaitu <em>Road Test<\/em> penggunaan bahan bakar Solar B30 pada kendaraan bermesin diesel oleh Kementrian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Baca Juga: <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/susunbentangalam.co.id\/pajak-kelapa-sawit\/\">Pajak Kelapa Sawit<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uji coba ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan PT. Sokonindo Automobile menggunakan mobil DFSK Super Cab bermesin Diesel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Managing Director PT. Sokonindo Automobile of Sales Centre, Franz Wang melalui keterangan resminya mengatakan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKami melihat bahwa pemerintah memiliki itikad baik terhadap industri otomotif di Indonesia dengan menyediakan bahan bakar yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat. Terlebih penggunaan Solar B30 memiliki pengaruh pada skala ekonomis dan juga efek lingkungan yang lebih baik, sesuai dengan visi kami juga yaitu menghadirkan kendaraan berkualitas dengan harga yang terjangkau untuk konsumen\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spesifikasi singkat kendaraan yang digunakan\nadalah: nama Kendaraan: DFSK Super Cab, Varian: 1.3 T Diesel, Tipe Mesin: SFD\n1.300 cc, Tenaga 75 Tk dan Torsi 190 Nm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uji coba dilakukan sejauh 50.000 Km dengan\njarak tempuh per hari berkisar 560 Km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melalui momen ini, pelaku usaha di bidang\nperkebunan kelapa sawit terutama\npetani akan sangat diuntungkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mengapa saya katakan demikian?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mari kita simak dampak solar B30 tersebut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Berapa kebutuhan bahan bakar jenis solar di Indonesia?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Bisnis Indonesia (30 April 2019),\nkonsumsi BBM terus meningkat terlebih pada saat bulan Ramadhan dan Idul Fitri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk konsumsi bahan bakar jenis Solar\/Bio\nsaja membutuhkan sebanyak 1.983.640 Kiloliter (KL) selama 26 hari, artinya dalam sehari\nmenghabiskan 76.294 KL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kepala Badan Pengatur Hilir Minyak dan Gas\nBumi (BPH Migas), Fanshurulloh mengatakan bahwa konsumsi bahan bakar jenis\nSolar Biodiesel sekitar 16,2 juta KL selama tahun 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Merujuk dari CNN Indonesia terbit pada tanggal 27 November 2018, bahwa Pemerintah menargetkan konsumsi FAME sebagai campuran Solar untuk B20 meningkat menjadi 6,2 juta KL di tahun 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Target itu meningkat 58,16 persen dari target konsumsi FAME tahun 2018 yaitu sebesar 3,92 juta KL untuk sektor kegiatan penugasan pemerintah (PSO) dan non-PSO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Berapa Kebutuhan FAME untuk menghasilkan Solar B30?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika Solar jenis B30 akan dirilis, secara\notomatis kebutuhan FAME akan\nmeningkat drastis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kita anggap kenaikan konsumsi bahan bakar\ntahun 2020 berkisar 20 persen dari tahun 2018 maka 16,2 juta KL x 20 persen = 19,44\njuta KL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam pembuatan Solar B30 sudah pasti akan\nmembutuhkan sekitar 5,83 juta KL\n(30 persen dari 19,44 juta KL), mungkin kebutuhan ini\nmerupakan target minimal, bisa saja lebih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika kita koversi ke\nberat FAME yang dibutuhkan maka:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berat jenis FAME adalah 0,88 Kg\/L pada suhu 20\nC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kebutuhan FAME adalah 5,83\njuta KL atau 5.830.000.000 liter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0,88 Kg\/L x 5.830.000.000 L adalah 5.130.400.000 Kg atau 5.130.400 Ton (5,13\njuta Ton) FAME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maka kita bisa ambil\nkesimpulan awal bahwa kebutuhan FAME berkisar 5,13 juta Ton untuk Tahun 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Santoso (2013)\nsenyawa FAME dihasilkan dari reaksi esterifikasi CPO sebagai Asam Lemak dengan\nAlkohol menghasilkan senyawa Ester (salah satunya adalah FAME).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada kondisi optimal rendemen\nFAME dari CPO berkisar 97,0 \u2013 98,5 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dari hasil di atas dapat\nkita hitung bahwa untuk menghasilkan FAME sebanyak 5,13 juta Ton dibutuhkan CPO\nsebanyak 5,30 Juta Ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maksudnya adalah\nkebutuhan CPO pada tahun 2020 untuk mendukung produksi Solar B30 adalah\nberkisar 5,30 Juta Ton per tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Kementrian\nPertanian (2019), produksi kelapa sawit di Indonesia tahun 2019 sebanyak\n42.869.429 Ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika rendemen CPO\nberkisar 21% maka produksi CPO berkisar 9,00 Juta Ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dari kalkulasi awal,\nkebutuhan CPO untuk mendukung program Solar B30 sebanyak 5,13 Juta Ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dapat kita lihat bukan,\nuntuk mendukung program pemerintah yaitu Solar B30 sebanyak 5,13 Juta Ton memerlukan\n57 persen CPO dari total produksi CPO (9,00 Juta Ton) di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oleh sebab itu, kami\nmenghimbau kepada para pelaku usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit khususnya petani\nswadaya, mari untuk selalu semangat memelihara tanaman kelapa sawit kita agar menghasilkan\nTBS yang optimal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perlu dicata bahwa,\nMenurut Indonesia Investment (2017), salah satu faktor untuk menentukan harga\nTBS adalah Permintaan dan Persediaan (<em>Supply\nand Demand<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika permintaan tinggi\nnamun persediaan sedikit sudah tentu harga TBS akan melonjak naik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Demikianlah sedikit\nulasan mengenai Dampak Penerapan Solar B30 untuk
